SO, whats going on you may ask? Well let's see...... yours truly has a weds night booking with my other band LKB then the Dogs are well & truly let out & unleashed at that fantastic music pub known as The Sportsman, Hedon Rd Hull this coming friday. Mark will be back on duty behind the kit, giving Mike a night off! However, Mike won't get long to rest 'cos we're back to the rock & roll the following night (sat)at a Christmas Party in York. So there you have it, a no holds barred insight into the world of the band that goes by the name of BAD DOG.

FRI 13TH!!

WE are not superstitious but........ over the fri 13th weekend we suffered a series of catastrophies that we could only put down to the gremlins of fri 13th!! How about a rougue mic lead with a mind of it's own, a lady fainting in the front row, and yours truly getting a cast iron mic stand base dropped on me tootsies? Steph & Andy got a puncture to add to the list!

Still, in true rock & roll style, we pulled through to deliver blinding sets at both The Highway & The Red Hawk!

This weekend sees us in action at a private function Fri 20th & back at The Hare & Hounds on Sat 21st. Hope to see you there!

So what are we gonna do with our weekend off??

WELL! Steph & Andy sloped off for a "romantic" weekend in The Emerald Isle, whilst Mark headed across the bridge to see Kevin bloody Wilson... Mike most likely spent time with the family. As for myself, I spent time celebrating another halloween birthday with family & close friends, fiddled with some new bass rack gear & rocked out to the awesome sound of Limehouse Lizzy. Was great to chat to JT & Wayne, cheers lads you never dissapoint! Benny Boy

Autumn Spectacular at Hull City Hall...

Your fave rock band ( that'd be us then!?) once again graced the stage at The City Hall mon 19th Oct & it was all for charity as previously mentioned on this blog....... In fact there were 30 superb acts all giving our services for nada, zilch nil. Here's a few piccys, many thanks to Stuart Mountain.

Yes, we will be back at the fantastic City Hall Mon 19th October as part of the line up for The Autumn Charity Spectacular with funds raised from ticket sales going to The Echoes Foundation, The British Heart Foundation & The Castle Hill Oncology Dept. We're at it again!

NABDNESS 09 is here again & hopefully not as muddy this year (see accompanying pics!). We will be taking to the main stage on Saturday evening to deliver our highly charged set of rock classics complete with Steph's in-flight costume change into something more.......revealing! Rockin' the Highway!

Finally we got back to the Highway for the second time this year & what a great night it turned out to be....... Thanks to the faithful for turning out to see us yet again, you know who you are. Lots of muso's there too! Pics courtesy of Christine & Elaine, many thanks. Enjoy

CONGRATULATIONS!

.......are in order to our very own Steph & Andy who went away on holiday to a sunny destination and came back engaged to be hitched! Congrats guys & if you need a band for the wedding??? ;-)

The weekend just gone saw us at Hodgsons in Beverley on the friday for Sheila's birthday bash.. Obviously the rest had done us all good as we played a blinding set & the birthday girl and her hubby had a great night... Oh, and the buffet was superb, a cut above the usual tired sarnies etc!

And saturday we graced the stage again at the Polar Bear in Hull. It was great to see some of our friends & fans turn out as usual, including my crazy mate Eddo...... Legend! Here he is -

CANCELLED SHOW!

Thurs 9th at The Weir has been cancelled or hopefully postponed by the promoter. Nothing to do with either ourselves or the venue........

Apologies to anyone that planned to go, hopefully it will be re-arranged soon!
